RAPIDMIX - High Shear Mixer Granulator has been developed for mixing of ingredients as well as wet granulation. The multi-bladed impeller is fitted close to the base of the mixing bowl whereas the chopper is mounted on the wall of the mixing bowl. Both the impeller & the chopper have dual-speed options for gently distributing the binder solution as it is added and creating the vortex of the material being mixed.

The FLUIDPRO Fluid Bed Processor makes drying and agglomeration possible in a single equipment.
The basic equipment is 2-bar pressure shock resistant and consists of air handling unit, inlet chamber, product container, retarding chamber with finger bag assembly and exhaust unit consisting of exhaust blower.
Blanked off connection is provided on the retarding chamber for housing spray gun to facilitate top spray arrangement.

The Conta Blender gives better mixing efficiency as compared to conventional blenders. Tumbling principle in partial void enables homogenous mixing of active ingredients, additives and raw materials. The rotation of bunker in a diagonally eccentric plane ensures efficient blending.

The Vibrosifter with its vibro-motor mounted vertically at the center of the hopper is ideal for gentle separation of dry powders / granules by utilizing different sizes of screen.
